A very well-aged blended Scotch from Dewar’s; ”double double aged for ultimate smoothness.” This small batch release sees a four stage ageing process. First, single malts are barrel aged before being blended and re-casked. The same is done for the single grains before both the blended malt and blended grain casks are vatted together. This cask is then re-racked into ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to finish.
